Ravi Sahita

Principal Engineer and Security Researcher
Ravi Sahita is a Principal Engineer and Security Researcher at Intel Labs. He is building processor and platform approaches to mitigate computer malware for runtime integrity of software on Intel CPU-based platforms. Ravi has designed new CPU intrinsics for anti-malware software, and has collaborated with McAfee to develop the DeepSAFE technology. In previous projects at Intel, Ravi has implemented the open-source Intel® Common Open Policy Services (COPS) Client SDK and authored corresponding network management protocols as well as Trusted Computing Group (TCG) specifications. Ravi has built firmware security solutions for Intel® AMT. Ravi received his B.E. in Computer Engineering from the University of Bombay, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Iowa State University.
